Thanks for the lovely comments!

This is the best picture I have of the lining (lame, I know!). I fail. Tongue

I have always wanted to make myself one but was afraid to, as I am still teaching myself how to sew. With that said, Can this be done securely without a serger? I have a multiple stitch machine, but definitely not a serger.

I love this a lot, and wish to make mine in back and purples Orback and reds.

I did mine with a serger, but I've heard people say they've had good results with a really tight zig zag stitch (like a satin stitch) on a regular machine. I don't see why it wouldn't work!

I have been eyeing those on etsy. I have been tempted to buy a new serger just to make one. Yours looks great.

I have been following your clothing posts and checked out your website a few times. I love your stuff! you are very very talented. Your dresses are so whimsical and fun.
i really want to get better at sewing my own clothes but so far im not great at patterns. Did you have any school training or did you teach yourself to sew?

Beautiful!  I love the colors you chose.  I've been wanting to attempt one of these sweater coats for a while, but it always seems daunting.

Remarkably cute and fun! How did you keep the sweaters from unraveling on you?
