My daughter wanted to be a fairy this past year when we went to faire, and with a little help from an embroidery design on Urban Threads, I made it happen.  I will also never again make a tutu that has an actual waistband and hook and eye....  Too much hassle, but she loved it!

Oh, this is enchanting!  I love that it's got it's own unique look, with the black shirt that is so very feminine, and yet not typical pink.  It's a costume that is no doubt princess-ey but that is setting its own princess trends.  This is a little princess who isn't quite as meek looking as one in pink might be! lol  Just a touch of the feminine rebel.
