Even though this is technically jewelry, most of the crafting went into the book itself...so, I'm posting it here.  Wink

I love little books, so I made one to wear around my neck. It ended up being bigger than I wanted, but, that's okay because it's actually big enough that I can write in it. I also forgot to take pictures before I did.  Roll Eyes It's a place to record some of my favorite quotes, and is already almost half filled.

There are 60 sheets of 90-lb. mixed-media paper, stitched to the leather with waxed linen thread. I cut open a decorative chain link to make the bail. (The quotes you can see are from Thomas Jefferson.)
