Here are a couple of photos of the napkin rings that I made for my grandparents as a Christmas present this year:



The top picture shows the full design nicely. My idea was just to make a simple, quick present for the two of them (that Gran wouldn't have to dust).
How wrong that idea was! I am not a very quick beader, and each napkin ring is made up of approximately 1,800 beads. They took hours...



Luckily Gran & Grandad liked them

Very pretty! I'm sure they'll be enjoyed for years to come. And no definitely not a quick craft, lol, I think I would've abandoned them after a few hours.
