I can't resist this!  This will be my first time doing two swaps at once!  I LOVE the matchbox galleries from the previous rounds!

I'm in! I'm so glad that I have been able to find smaller swaps to be in during the semester- I was afraid I'd have to take a swap break due to school work, oh my goodness that would be awful- now that I've started, I can't imagine my life without swaps!

I bought 10 boxes of little matches. Not as easy as I though they would be to find. All the convenience stores had were books of matches. It was strage trying to explane to the clerk, most of whom weren't native english speakers, why the matches need to come in a box, and then why I need to buy multipul boxes. This swap is already off to a crazy (in a good way) start!

Here in St. Louis the grocery stores usually have them in with the BBQ sauce and other BBQ items.

Florida's pretty much the same (at least where I am) -- you have to go to the grocery store (convenience stores don't carry them) and they're in with the picnic type items (where they keep charcoal for BBQs).

I was so inspired by the Gallery from the last matchbox swap (which I read before this swap was posted), that I've been destroying decorating matchboxes for a couple of days now. 

Years ago, as part of matchbox-dollhouse challenge, I had converted a matchbox into a 3-story brownstone (furnished inside), but I had no idea you could stuff so much STUFF in a matchbox... to me, that makes them ultra-cool for all kinds of things.

I was so sad to miss sign ups for round 4, so I'm so happy there's a round 5!

I can't wait...I've had a look through the gallery for round 4 and am totally speechless at just how miniature yet awesome all the boxes/ contents were!

I'm so excited for this! I've swapped a lot on other sites, but never here. I haven't swapped in a looooong time because of school, but I want to get back into it! I'm glad this swap came up!
