Funny you should say that - I just went out and bought a new one yesterday because I wasn't happy with my Craftster photos.  This place is gonna put me in the poor house!  Wink (And I totally reminded myself of my mother when I said that.)

You guys are amazing! I really love the creepier side that's been coming out, the skeleton moths and the eyeless bearded lady are sooooo awesome. I definitely have to practice my tin making...

I know it's not the purpose of this thread, but I also know racky used a foam brush in her tin tutorial, so I figure others here might use them too.

Just came back from Michael's where the 1" foam brushes were on sale at 20 for $1 (usually .30-60 a piece, depending on where you buy them).

I bought 100.  Cheesy

Before I get to the AMAZING NEW TINS!  I want to thank microjivvy for the tip on brushes and mention that foam brushes and chip brushes are usually MUCH cheaper at a paint store than they are at a craft store or large home center.  Not THAT cheap, but still.

Dammmmmmmmn!  The latest editions have me kind of stunned (perhaps this is partly due to a sleepless night), but yowza!

Stifflersmom: Holy moly!  Way to work the system!  I've been hauling around a similar shaped wooden box/display thingy for years and I'm re-inspired to try to alter it!  If only I'd continued to haul around the music box collection foisted off onto me as a child I'd have a red knob already attached to a Bring In The Clowns music box mechanism, too!   The feet! The lights! The plates!  Just dreamy.

Cackle: The moth theme is brilliant!  I don't mind 'em unless they startle me like the one time I felt a live one waken and wriggle in my pants while I was at work (left the laundry on the line overnight).  GACK!  The skeleton heads are almost too much like real moths.  [shiver]
