Sheepblue...love the texture of the tin...perhaps appropriately like circus elephant poo! Cheesy

So funny and so true!

Wowza! Boy, do I have some catching up to do!

MissingWillow - the knife juggling bear is getting his revenge on the ringmaster who forces his big bear claws into roller skates. This bear doesn't need 8 tiny wheels when he can perform on a single big one! I'm sure *that* Ringling Brother didn't know what hit 'em!

Calluna - a sideshow at it's best! Oh my, the details are astounding, right down to the shabby curtain. I love the shabby curtain!

sheepBlue - there's all kinds of amazingness going on with your tin! I can imagine shlopping (new word!) through the mud to see Chuckle's Sideshow Oddities. After all, it's showing One Night Only! The oddities are ingenious and I love the sly look on the chimp's face.

Coincidentally I found history of the real Chuckles only this morning. "The contortionist Juno Salmo was known as the homme grenouille or ‘frog-man’ when he performed in Paris with the Nouveau Cirque in a frog costume."

Read more here: http://collections.vam.ac.uk/item/O84895/caricature-drawing/

teag - I'm dying here! And feeling a little itchy... your flea circus is most incredible. I can't get my head around it - you made those tiny little fleas with moving parts. Gah! I think my favorite is Bearded Lady Flea. This is AMAZING.

audio - oh, how deliciously wicked! I am in awe of this bearded lady. I love sheep's comment: "And her beard is so full". I waaant to touuuch it!

Stifflersmom - wowwowwow! The clown box is fantastic. I love the jointed clown and the music box is brilliant! Is that a barbell toting kid on the tin? Wow, they started 'em young in that circus. Smiley

Yay! It arrived intact! My 'extra' seemed to take over the spotlight from the main event right from the beginning. Cheesy

The package from cackle is now at the homestead, can't wait to get home!!
