Sorry but I'm still finding it hard to read the instructions here Undecided it's not necessarily the size, it's mainly the font itself... also, I'm from the UK so I'm not too familiar with dl, but knowing that it's 100ml (I think), how would you get 100ml of soy meat?

Science knows it doesn't know everything... or it would stop.

I tend to go vegan for one day out of the week, and I love making vegan bean burgers.  Very simple - a mix of red kidney beans, white kidney beans and chickpeas.  Soak them overnight.  Drain them, freeze them.  Then boil the heck out of them.  (I add spices to the boiling liquid and I have soy sauce it in.)  Drain and mash them.  (If I have flour, I'd add it here to make it bind up better.)  Pat into patties and fry them.

They are pretty good.

I tend not to like soy burgers - some people have a sensitivity to soy.

I handcarve stamps, knit and have organic catnip.

I've made a recipe close to this burgers, but they are very easy breakable, may be with (more) eggs everything will be fine...
