Hello, Crafty queens & kings!! This is my first ever post, although I've been trolling along here for a while...  Roll Eyes

So, the other day, I was very inspired by Gibbous Fashions, and Panic! at the Disco's new video for their song The Ballad of Mona Lisa. I though to myself...ouch, those prices are high...so I just HAVE to make a skirt!! I ran out to St. Vinny's thrift store, and snagged a tan and cream floral pillowcase, a dark green suede dress, and some old lace...the most expensive bit was the skeleton key for 4 dollars. The chain is from Walmart. I don't own a sewing machine, so everything I sew is handsewn, and I'm a newbie. So, pardon the wonky seams! (Although, with this skirt, it wouldn't really matter!) And apologies on the shoddy pictures, I forgot to clean my mirror....  Tongue Tell me what you think!

Thanks, guys! I wore it for St. Patty's Day and it was a huge hit on campus.
