I goofed, I added feedback with the wrong date, waiting for a help ticket response. But you all now do have positive feedback with the exception of holistic knitter, we are just waiting for your partner to receive.

I'm getting ready for Beltane, how bout you?

Sad thing I can't take part in the Beltane Swap. Cry The workload is just too heavy for the next weeks/months...
So glad you liked your package, RippledWater! The pattern for the eggs is DROPS, but I don't remember the number.. Just search for Easter or Holiday and you'll find it.

I am in for the Beltane swap..I have never made candles and don't have any supplies. But I do have a bunch of candles on hand in every shape and color..I suppose I could decorate a few or think of something. I think a spell kit would be a neat idea to send with the candles would be great as well!

I'll be fixing feedback just as soon as I learn how.

Mandykaye, I agree that you don't have to make candles from scratch; you can dress them with herbs or oils for specific magical purposes, carve them, decorate them with pressed herbs and flowers (just dip them briefly into melted wax and press on) or lots of other things. If you do want to make candles, an easy way to do it is with the beeswax sheets, which are easy to cut to shape and roll around a wick to make a perfectly good (and nice-smelling) candle.

Or the crafty side of it can be a candle holder, lantern, etc. with the candles as a bonus.

I am looking forward to trying some new ideas with Beltaine! Hoping to try out glass etching, and staining some glass as well.

On an Ostara note- Wulf, My little one LOVES the mobile now that she is flailing limbs and can see things more clearly.  It hangs above her swing and she sometimes kicks at it to make the bell chime (most likely not intentional) and she loves to stare at it!  Thank you so much!!!!!
