Character Dotee Swap - Discussion/Send Out Friday April 22

So it was back to the drawing boards, but I can safely say I will PROBABLY be done by Sunday night. I need to make it to Hobby Lobby again. I've started and scrapped TWICE because of not being happy with the results.

Okay, I'm a bad organizer - I broke my own rule of checking in! But I will never, ever organize two swaps at once while another one is finishing. Ugh.

But on to happier things - opening day in SF for the Giants so lots of baseball on tv all weekend and lots of crafting time. I hope to finish at least two of my dotees to get in the mail....The third one is proving tricky.

And the learning curve for dotees and other crafts can break your heart. It's good to learn new things but oh, the pain of getting there!

x____x Checking in post doctor stress, family stress, travel/moving-ish stress/everything else stress. -___-;; I effing hate my insurance company, they screwed me over yet again, and my dad is finally not being such an A-hole but he's grumpy at me for my postage bill lol, what was going to be a move has turned back into a visit that will turn back into a move yet again if I end up with a job soon, and if not, I'll still in a way be moving, I'll be bouncing back and forth between eastern AND western Washington on a monthly basis and maybe Oregon randomly @_@;;; FML.

I want to do something crafty. =/ I want to make a Dotee!!!! LOL But I have to pack ; w ; Pack and prepare a 50lb 2ft tall ceramic tree for it's journey... -_-;;;; Maybe I'll make a Dotee on my way to Hillsboro tonight.

I finished two of mine last night, and am about 80% done on my last one .
I think I'll finish up this weekend, so they'll probably find their way to the post office on Monday.

I'm having so much fun with these! They are the first dotees I've ever made, but I have a sense they won't be my last .

Checking in. My first ever Dotee didn't work out as I'd hoped so had to start fresh. Have one down and about 2/3rd done on my second one!

MommyTheMaid, DizzerSpinninRound, if I PM you monday or tuesday about mailing to my house instead of my moms, then its due to her telling me to do a bunch of doc stuff out here before going there. It'll depend on when my apps start (I'm doing acupuncture treatments for my migraines and back pains) though. If this is the case, gigglygirl, I'll ask her to mail me the Dotee you sent to her house.
