Finally, after thinking alot about it. I finally sat down and started to sew. No pattern used. I don't understand patterns lol.







There's two versions, one with long skirt, and one with short. I cutted it up a little, so it was suitable for everyday use.
This is also my first post !

Great job! This reminds me of a dress my mother had when I was younger (early to mid nineties). It was a very similar pattern and the fabric is like a blast from the past.

Haha, in high school I wanted to sew my own dress to the (senior?/christmas)prom. I ordered pattern and textiles for over 300kr ( I think that is 55$) anyway, when I got the pattern. I just stood there, stared at it and cursed to my self. Two days after went I to the mall to buy me a prom dress. Freackin pattern. Ugh!

Hi Alin! your prom dress story made me smile Smiley the first patterns i ever used were for a clothing class i took in high school. i never had the guts to use them before! and actually...after that class i never really used a pattern again :/ hmmmm see a trend? hehe
