scarlet_nights: I am working on your replacement package now and will have it out Monday by the latest, maybe even today depending on how fast I get my other stuff done.

thedish, you are awesome for doing this!  Thank you!

and calluna, those tiny birdies are the mushroom birds that I had.  I love them, unfortunately, so my kitties, so I can't use them  Sad

Oh I forgot to say, Scarlet, your new package is all ready to ship and will definitely be out on Monday. I got a little ridiculous with the tape and if it is open when you get it you for sure have someone tampering with your mail.

I received from calluna and made out like an embroidery bandit Smiley One of the corners (on the non-opening/closing end) was busted open but everything seemed okay.

Here is the whole haul:

I got four hoops - an oval one (which is cool because I hadn't seen one before) and three little ones - since I'm due with baby #2 in a couple months I can use those when embellishing onesies and the like - a cool peacock transfer, a fun retro dish pattern transfer set, a package of waste canvas for stitching on clothes and a whole heaping helping of embroidery floss with tons of gorgeous blue.

Just got back after a weekend of wedding craziness and have everything on the thread updated.

I can't believe that they actually delivered an empty package to you.  I must say though that I recieved a package on Saturday that had been completely opened then shoved in my mail box.  Luckily the $100 worth of stuff that I had ordered was all still in there.  It makes me so angry that they didn't even put a note on there, we Craftsters are probably what's keeping the dang postal service in business LOL

i'm glad that this empty box story will end on a good note. it just gives me the creeps--that the box was delivered without a thing in it--what the HECK?

I love it, though, when you get a letter that's been torn in half or run over by a truck (has tread marks on it) or something, and they put a little sticker on it that says, "Your mail was damaged."  DUH!  Roll Eyes  It would make more sense for the note to say something like, "We're sorry your mail was damaged."  Don't you wonder where those supplies actually ended up, though?
