If someone in a swap flakes (does not send a package), the organizer will post for an angel on the "Calls For Swap Angels" board, found here. If you see a call that you feel you can fulfill, you pm the organizer. If he or she is still in need of an angel, they will send you the swapper's info. You then craft for them and send off what you made. When the package is received, the organizer will put a note in your feedback that you were an angel, and a swap mod will give you a year's subscription to be a Friend of Craftster (FOC).
