Fire mountain gems is a cool (www.firemountaingems.com).  You don't need a licence, but I think they have bulk pricing.

try rio grande.
you can order the appropriate catalog online for $10, but they send you a coupon for the $10 to use on your first purchase.  so it all comes back to you.
their catalogs are pretty extensive too.
