so i got some awesome petty-coats for free and had to make some skirts to go with them!! i had never made a circle skirt before and knew they took a lot of material so i went to goodwilll on half off saterday and picked up some sheets and this beautiful fushia silk shower curtin! and this is how she turned out!

and i am very proud of my first circle skirt and cant wait to make more!

and yes i am wearing a petticoat but its a small one and needs to be steemed badly.

Awesome job. I love the colour you used. The fact that it once was a shower curtain makes it even better.

Who has silk shower curtains?  So luxurious! The colour is lovely and I really like the wide waist band.  Did you use a pattern?
