Oooooh, I need to sit down and get my questionaire/list typed up!  I'm a March birthday, and I have next week off... would be awesome to have some major crafting time!

I rec'd a PM from the moderator that my links were all messed up.  I have them all fixed now.  I guess when you type you shouldn't hyped up on codeine/phenergan cough meds,huh?? 

I am going to read everyone's list now.  I saw a couple that I need to make a claim to.
and on making a claim......we do PM the organizer and tell her who and what right?  thanks!

Since I am doing a fairly large first pick, I will need to pace myself!

I tend to overextend myself and then get panicky when send time comes around!

Made my first claim... I can't wait to start! I need to limit myself to one at the moment so I have time to finish off some other crafty stuff too...

On a side note, we're having a big Mardi Gras party for my 25th this year, and my mom and sister and I are making tutus in gold, green, and purple tulle (just the kind you knot on to elastic, and then my mom sews up the end or we just safety pin them...) and all cajun food! I can't wait, we're having it the weekend before my birthday and some of my friends who live far away (5-7 hours away, and still in the same state!) are coming up from Thursday until I don't know when.

Not to steer this away from the swap, but is anyone doing anything exciting (and crafty) for their bdays?

Sounds like a great way to celebrate 25!!!

I spent mine at Joann's shopping...hubs is taking me out for Mexican food Saturday night (a real treat since we eat all "bad" stuff...yummmm!)...my sister is coming to visit for a whole week so I took off from March 11-March 21...

How exciting to do a Mardi Gras Party!  We do one each year since my hubby loves to cook cajun...especially his jambalaya!  I order a King Cake from Seidel, LA and we use our Christmas tree to decorate in mardi gras colors...tutus sound awesome!  I love making our guests things to take home (but I would need 100 things or more... )...I just hope it gets warmer since we need the room out on the patio to hold everyone and the beer...

Plus, with all of the musicians, we have to have room for  "the band"...

I love the thought of tutu's!! I need to think of an excuse to wear one hmmmmm....
I think we are just going to have a BBQ/Potluck at my house for my birthday.  I am going to breakdown and eat bad food and drink beer for one day   I have been doing a P90X type workout so I am really watching what I eat but I think I deserve one day of bad for you food and drink!

I have made two claims and can't wait to get started tonight.  I haven't had anything to work on for a few days and my fingers are itching!

Wow there is so much activity on here from the last time I checked, lists and everything!  Pretty sure I found my first claim too!  I am really excited to get back into crafting after a little hiatus of moving into my apt.

@Alchamy513 That sounds like a lot of fun for you birthday.  This year since I am turning 25 as well, but on the 18th! I am throwing a "Party like your 21" Birthday Party.  A friend of mine has the same birthday so we are getting a party bus to go into Boston and basically act like we are 21, again.
