I am just curious: do any of you have a "system" for organizing swap information (partners' questionnaires, sendout dates, swap requirements, ideas, etc.)?

Here's what I do - -

Questionaires go into a PM folder for that swap (once the swap is done - all packages received and I have feedback, I move all the PMs to a "swap done" PM folder, so the only PM folders are 'active' swaps)

Addresses go into a PM folder for swap addresses so I don't have to go through ALL the swap PM's.

Everything else goes into a database I have on my PDA - Craftster name, send date, swap name, do I have their address?, did I send? did they receive?, did I receive?, and notes. (I have one for 'I'm sending' swap info and one for 'I'm receiving' swap info)

For the dotee swap I just finished (3 partners, 3 items each) I made up a chart with basic info - craftster name, themes, likes/dislikes, dotee ideas, ATC ideas, and inchie ideas. I crossed out each one as I finished it because I didn't want to be ready to send and realize I made 3 dotees for one partner, ATCs for 2 out of 3, and inchies for a different 2 out of 3  Roll Eyes Since my partners had some similar themes, it was a real possibility i'd duplicate something if I didn't keep good track Cheesy
