This is my first project that I'm posting here.  It's also my first 3D bead project where I altered a pattern this much.

*A few more pictures

I don't know how I feel about the colors, and so far nobody has recognized her as Belle until I said something.  She took about five and a half hours.  I modified a pattern for an Aurora bunny by Sasaki Kimiko.  She has three different shades of yellow seed beads and 16 Swarovski crystals in her dress.  She also has an iridescent petticoat, but it doesn't show in the picture.  Neither do her feet, but her shoes are the same pale yellow as the main skirt.  Her gloves have a lighter yellow border at the top that also doesn't show in the picture. Sad

Comments and critiques are welcome. Cheesy  I'm thinking of making Disney princess ornaments like this, or a doll house, for my niece when she's a little older.  Right now I think she'd just put them in her mouth.

I just recently started 3D beading, and this is adorable! I'd love to see you do a set f all the Disney Princesses. I'd also love if you did a tute or linked to where you found the original pattern. Smiley

Oh she's very sweet. I love that she has a little blush.
I wouldn't have guessed she was Belle until you said something, but now I can't think she ISN'T Belle. I bet she'll be more recognizable once her other princesses are around.

Thanks!

This is the book I got the pattern from.  It's in Japanese, but the pictures and diagrams are pretty clear.  Her patterns are the best I've found so far.  A lot of the others, especially for characters or animals, have mistakes or just don't fit right, or are impossible to follow, but hers are really well done I think.  She uses the same basic patterns a lot.  The only thing I don't like are her human faces, but I don't really know how one would make an 8mm human face with beads.

oh, so cute! You should take more pictures of her feet and gloves. I'd love to see the detail in her dress! And she is blushing!

I guess if you used smaller beads, but you are right some faces like humans might not look good. Thanks for the link, I would love to try this when I feel my beading skills have come along. Tongue

I saw the snitch you made. Cheesy  It's cute!  I can't do those really tight parts, like your wings, very well.  I've only made one thing like that, a pirate flag, and ended up having to braid the thread down the sides to keep it together.  It looked really bad.  Undecided

I added a few more pictures to show her gloves and feet.  The colors are so similar though that they don't show well on camera.

This is absolutely wonderful, I love it. My little daughter would just eat this up! I'll have to figure out how to make her a little wee princess bunny too.

I don't know who Belle is (I'm 71 years old and sadly not familiar with the latest Disney characters Grin) but I think your little bunny is just adorable! Any little girl would be thrilled to own one of these in her favorite color.
