lol. Both Seaside and Cannon Beach are great too. CB is so cute, all tucked away in the trees.
Were you just exploring when you came down?

Yup. I just moved up here last month, and I'm starting work/school later this month so I wanted to see the ocean before I got all tied down.

I don't even know anymore! lol. I spent a couple of weeks in Ashland, the past 4 years in Phoenix, AZ, and then I grew up in Nashville, TN. I'm staying here for good!

Absolutely. I so appreciate the weather here. It beats the hell out of 120 degree summers. Though, I've only been here a few weeks, so I'm not rained out yet, lol. I am starting to discover all the crafty wonders here!

I started watching Portlandia, and just about died. I wasn't sure if the good people of Portland were offended or entertained by it, so I resisted my urge to make a Put a Bird on It shirt, but then I saw a whole little "Put a bird on it" section at Village Merchants.

Hey everybody! I have to put on my mean mod hat and say to stay on topic of the meet up. Have we decided day and time? Maybe have one or two contact people that want to take the reigns?

I'm probably not going to be available for anything til after mid-April.  One of my best friends is getting married and I'm pretty busy preparing for her wedding.  (I need to have a quilt done by April 8th, and I have some of the fabric and some pieces cut out, eep!)

Ok, I'm putting on the organizer hat Smiley I'm going to suggest a Friday evening after everyone is off work (6ish), because it looks like everyone could make it.

I would love to go somewhere new - anyone know somewhere that would be okay with us taking up a table for a few hours? That also has food, so I don't get cranky?

I can't wait until I officially live in Oregon (in either Portland or Hillsboro, it's now very up in the air due to a traumatic event and other factors) so I can meet up with people! I live in Kalama, WA but I'm out in Oregon constantly cuz my family lives out there, but I can't easily do meet up stuff because I don't have my license right now... >_<;; (When I stay with my bio mom in Goldendale, she's going to take me to Gresham to get my license once I have a little more practice... )
