I am addicted to painting dragons. I love all the stories and fairy tales with dragons in them--with all their majesty, strength, and power. These are rather friendly looking dragons, however...I just don't know how to paint them any other way! Smiley

These are awesome! I especially love how you've managed to capture that stare that dogs get when they are waiting for their ball to be thrown.

These are great. I really like your painting style. It reminds me of the movie Pete's Dragon, too. Smiley

I absolutely LOVE these - seriously perfect, I'd love to have them for the room I'm planning for the BF's kids... or maybe to have them for my own room :-)

I actually sold both of these paintings, but I'm working on some more. Dragons are so much fun paint! I think I might try adding some wings to them next time...just tiny little ones that don't look like they could actually support the dragon's weight. Heh heh...

I've painting lots of dragons lately, but this one is my favorite so far. I'm thinking there may be a storybook to go along with this little guy...
