I saw that some of the hoopla rounds have two coorgs and I'm thinking about doing the same thing for the next round of matchbox so I can let more people in - last round I had to cut if off at 60. Is there any way you can put more than one name into the coorganizer spot in the feedback form so that both coorgs can give people feedback? I can't find this mentioned anywhere in the swap rules, so I'm just curious.

There is no way to put more than 2 names within the feedback area.  What you can do is split up the groups and add each co-organizer's name with yours to the group they are responsible for.  For example the first twenty-five (or how ever many people each co-org would be looking after) people would be you and A.  Then the next twenty-five people would be you and B.  and so on.  Smiley

Another question about this:

If I want to change a swapper's co-organizer, can I do that myself with the feedback form, or will that create multiple feedback entries?

No, organizers aren't able to change the co-organizer info without creating extra entries, so you would have to open a Help Desk ticket and get a swap mod to do it for you Smiley

Thanks again alteredmommy - it just seems like such a bother to the mods if I want to change my groups around after so many people have signed up. :/

Changing the co-organizer in mid-swap can be a problem. We had it in a big swap, and the feedback form accepted the new co-organizer, but whenever we wanted to give someone feedback who had been into the system before the change, it said it wouldn't find a match and create a new user. We still don't know what the reason was (please plase change the feedback form so we can see what we've entered earlier!"), but we strongly suspect that the swappers were still listed with the former co-organizer.
So, there might be a lot of quality time with the swap mods in for your swap Grin

If you take a look at the feedback InProgress in the swapper's profiles you will see what information was entered into their feedback.  Like I said, you do need to open a Help Desk ticket and have a swap mod change the information on  existing feedback; any brand new feedback that you start with a different name will always go through regardless because it is a new entry Smiley
