I finished this pair of trousers last week. I used McCalls 5592 which was very easy to put together and I love how the trousers turned out. I'll be making them again. I already have some dark denim ready to go.

I lined the pockets with red star print cotton that I had some scraps of, for detail.

More pictures and details as always on my blog.

Also my giveaway is still open until the end of this month (Feb2011 for anyone who is looking at this in March and later....sorry guys)

Thank you for looking. I'd like to hear your comments on the trousers.
XX Have a great weekend.

LOVE. These look great! I need to draft my skinny legs to wide leg, and add pockets. That adds a lot to this look. Great job!

I am not 100% sure but it might be out of print now. I couldn't find it on McCalls website when I was searching for a picture of the pattern envelope to add to my blog post. I would try ebay. You often have a good chance to get out of print patterns there.

Thanks, I shall see you around there next time ;-)

It's also a great way to use up fabric scraps, especially very small ones that are no good for anything else.
