alright, I have a couple of road signs laying around my room. left from my mischievious teenaged years..or last summer. Anyways, I was thinking that it would be cool to somehow make a coffee table out of one. I was just wondering what the best way would be to do this? any ideas?

heres the sign I want to use

either nail it to an already exisisting table... or i bet you could just nail legs to it. as long as you don't sit on it or stack a bunch of books, i bet it'd hold up.

There's instructions here on making a coffee table out of a sign, but they're kinda on the low side.

they are a bit low, but I think I know how I'm going to alter it to get what I want.
