Sorry for the delay... Oh wow, you're a first poster, welcome on craftster, thank you so much for the nice feedback! I love to hear from people who made the hat!
No, I don't mind selling the hats. R2D2 isn't my design, and it wasn't even my idea that you could make a hat from it. I just made notes on the construction, and yes, it would be lovely to be credited for the pattern making. Apart from that, I feel I don't really have such a strng claim on the hat that I can tell people what to do with the hat.

Just wanted to say thank you and tell you how much I enjoyed making this hat. I made this beanie and an Ewok hood for my friends kids.

This pattern looks so great. I'm trying to do one as a Christmas present, but I've run into a snag with the pattern. Is a sling stitch the same as a slip stitch?
