I received my first letter "B" ATC from kwality570 yesterday. It is so cute! I love the shading on the bear! And the strings for the balloons are real string! 



I hope to collect some more letter B cards, and then frame them and put them in my 6yo daughter's room (her name starts with B). You should have seen her face when I pointed out to her that this card was hand drawn. LOL

Kwality included a notecard with this awesome image which I will probably have to use in some future collage or ATC. The harlequin is too cute to pass up!

I received from stellou for French Text. This is a famous quote from Paul Feval's novel Le Bossu (The Hunchback).

It reads "Si tu ne viens pas à Lagardère, Lagardère ira à toi!" or in translation "If you don't come to Largardère, Lagardère will come to you!" which is said by the main character (Largardere) to his nemesis.

It is a lovely watercolor!

Here's the pretty and interesting card I got today from mezcraft for my theme "books/reading (esp. Jane Austen)



Mezcraft included this info on the back:  "Emma--image from the original first print; handwritten text is from the first two pages of Austen's manuscript; woman is an illustration of Emma from original print"

The figure in the foreground is covered in something like resin (?), so this is one time the scanner didn't do a good job, and I had to photograph it (without flash) instead.  This card is such a great addition to my collection!  Thanks, mescraft, I love it!
