I received from MunLtStmpr the other day. She claimed me for a city scape one which she made into a fold out card which looks pretty cool.

She also sent me an extra (I hope it wasn't meant for someone else) It is a lovely flower (orchid maybe) and it is growing inso grass that looks to be peacock feather strands.

Thanks Mun! I love them!

All these cards are so great! The fold-out cityscape is so creative! And I love the "fun fact" about the Stanley Cup!

My family got nailed with the flu, starting thursday and continuing til... well, now.  But we survived and are fever free.  Woot.  I was slack on posting the cards I got during that time.  My aploogies, but I'm sure you all understand.  I got some awesome cards.  I love them all, and especially the quote choices.  I love to see what people choose on my themes.

3/21 grapeicepop to AmandaBL for quotes related to beauty/aging

she painted all those little letters in black and accented it with pearl - lots of time spent there - the pearl is very pretty in person but the reflectiveness doesnt photo well.

3/26 Ramona Q to AmandaBL for breastfeeding
3/28 Ramona Q to AmandaBL for feminism

These ladies are fabulous and on beautiful backgrounds!

Thank you guys - I love them :-)

The skyline I used is a stamp I carved of my town's skyline.  It's one of my favorite carvings.

Those are peacock feather fronds.  I had a fellow demonstrate fly-tying at a wellness day that I coordinate and all his shiny neato stuff drove me to 2 sports shops the next day to buy all kinds of fly-tying stuff.  The green fuzz of the stem is also from that stash.  I told the fellow that his demonstration cost me $70.
