Another charity project. The theme was Oriental. I was given a list of ideas like place mats and green tea. So I decided to make a tea cozy and coasters. The tea cozy is adjustable to fit almost any size teapot and the coasters have pockets on one side for tea bags and everything has Insul-bright inside to keep tables safe and tea hot. I had bought two matching fat quarters for $2 each at the creative Stitches show when it was in town. I had no idea what to do with them, so when this came along I put them to good use. It really is fun to just go into your scrap box and make something in an evening.

Very nice. I love the little pocket for the teabag.
