This was my first attempt at needle felting.  I took a class over the weekend and we were basically given free reign to make whatever we wanted.  The class provided several hundred colors of fiber and all the materials.  I really liked that with needle felting you can undo mistakes.  It's also kind of like working with clay and painting at the same time.
