So... I havent etched glass since like 5th grade and finally got a crazy inckling to do it again... thus onward to the pictures! Sorry about the crap-tastic phone pics... camera was eaten (by the dog: RIP poor digital camera)

Gamblers glass: Straight flush, dice, and poker chips. This one was a complete pain in the arse by the way. I claimed I would never do it again, but it came out so well... I know I will talk myself back into it again ::sigh::

Shark (for my boyfriend)

Girl with dog (for me... suprise, suprise... LOL)

Hope you like!

Hi guys, sorry its taken me so long to respond back (school gets in the way of my crafting fun  Tongue ) So to answer your questions...

yes, it was done in time for shark week  Grin YAY!!!

and, as far as a stencil... I had some old contact paper laying around and stuck that to the glasses, then printed out images I thought would look good. I then colored on the back of the print out with a crayon/color pencil/or pencil (basically whatever I had on hand), flipped it over and taped it to the contact paper on the glass, then traced around the edges with a sharp pen to get the design on the contact paper. After that it was just a matter of cutting it out with my trusty exacto knife  Wink
::OK, so that made sense in my own little world, but if I just completely confused the crap out of anyone, let me know::  Undecided

I dont remember the brand of contact paper I have, but I know I did buy it from sears essentials and I remember that it was "repositionable". Not really sure if that makes any difference, but its been working out great for me.
