I made this for Schnerby in a swap. I was thinking of making some sort of Mario themed afghan for her and then I saw one of her first posts on this site. It was a color chart for a Mario quilt. It was a sign. I couldn't resist  Smiley So it is made from her own pattern. The link to the chart was dead so I just used the image she posted and took it into PCStitch to make a chart. There isn't a pattern, but one isn't needed. It is all Tunisian simple stitch.

I would love to swap for things kids could do in the car on a long car trip (3 girls ages 5-12). I can knit, crochet or trade yarn.

I love this!  It's really cool that you made her an afghan using her chart too.

I know you have the meter stick there for reference, but I was wondering about how wide the squares are.  It looks like they're a little under a foot?

And by meter stick, I meant yard stick (hopefully, if it's a meter stick then I really have no clue how big the squares actually are, ahhahahah)

Thanks for the comments ladies. It took me a little less than a month, working about every day, all day. I had to take a break, as hunching over was killing my shoulders. I can't remember how big the squares were, but a little under an foot tall sounds right. The aren't exactly square. So I think they were about an inch wide. It was all worked in one piece.
