I found a 2011-2012 calendar at the thrift shop that was pretty beat up, but made a new cover from scraps of snow-dyed fabric I got from ptarmic wumpus in STS.   Check it out:

 

I love ptarmic's snow-dyed fabrics and will use every scrap of it judiciously!  Cheesy

It's this.  I bought it buy the yard at Jo-Ann's I think.  I've used it for all sorts of things, but closures on wallets and little books like this are my favorite.
