So I got a bargain in TKMaxx and bought some Cath Kidston bedding.

I got a duvet cover and two pillow cases (they where still £50 but prob about half the retail price) but after having a nosey on the bag of the packaging I decided I wanted more nautical themed bedroom stuff...but had quickly ran out of money.

So I went back to TKMaxx and got another pillowcase (only £5) that I unpicked and could use for fabric then went to a fabric shop and got fabric to compliment it so I made two little cushion covers (and bought cushions from a charity shop).

With what I had left from the backing of the cushions I made 2 metres of bunting.

And this is it all together in the end...I very chuffed...it wasn't the cheapest thing to do but I love it.  I have 1 half of a pillow case left and I might make a lampshade to match!   Cheesy

C&C's more than welcome.

it all looks great! I adore nautical themes anywhere!  I love the hanging flags.
