Hi lovelies! I made this plain, crewneck sweater into a cute blazer/cardigan. Secured it with a vintage brooch. I love how it turned out!

And then with the leftovers...of course I couldn't throw them out  Grin With the collar I made a necklace, and with the bottom strip I made a warm headband.

Enjoy<3

Genius!

Did you finish the edges of the lapel or leave them raw?

I just left them raw, although I'm thinking of finishing them off, not sure yet....I made this project up as I went along so there's still a lot of kinks to be figured out! But I might , not sure yet.

That is so cute! I love how you made a matching necklace, I may have to steal that idea from you! How did you cut the sweatshirt to make it look like that?

Go right ahead! For the sweatshirt, I cut straight down the middle, then cut off the bottom strip, then diagonally on the front...then folded pleats in the front. Then on the top, for the collar, I did some more diagonal cutting. The entire tutorial is on my blog! Let me know if you need any help.
