AH! I ran out of yarn for one project!

Anyway, I'm slowly getting there and I can't wait to see what our little gallery yields!

Sorry for the super delay in pics, work has been killing me this week! Anyway, now I can show off my awesome package from disposableactor!

First, I want to say that she used the most awesome packaging, popcorn! It smelled really good and my dog wouldn't leave me alone (I always share my popcorn with her!) I didn't get a pic because I was so slow and it got thrown out since then...

Group pic:

An amazing glittery box with what reminds me of garters holding it closed:

And a close up of the gorgeous flowers (sorry for the slightly blurry pic, I forgot to use manual focus on this one!):

Delicious homemade honey truffles... too cute and they smell delicious!:

The cutest felted lucky weasel, I love him and he's guarding all my steampunk stuff on my shelf:

And a cool set of walking stick defense instructions on parchment paper:

Thanks for a great swap guys!

That lucky weasel is super cute.  I wish I'd known the game at the time this swap started - I'd have definitely joined in.

I'm glad you liked it.  That weasel was the first thing I ever felted so he kinda stands a little drunk.  My husband tried to take him and I was like "What are you?  The weasel bandit? A four year old?"  Did the tassels fall out?  I made tassels to go on your walking stick.  They should have been in the papers.

Where did you get those walking stick defense instruction? They are so cool!

(I don't play the game, so if it's in the game forgive my ignorance)

Disposableactor, I did get the tassels... and somehow didn't get a picture of them! I've been on a mad cleaning spree lately so I'm not sure where they are at the moment... also, the truffles are seriously the best thing ever, they aren't going to last much longer (I've been hiding them on myself so I don't just eat them all in one sitting, but being that time of the month the last three are probably going to be gone by tomorrow...  Tongue)

Also, my package is out for delivery, Sailorgirlbonk! I hope you like it all!

Google "walking stick self defense" and you will find archived treatises. They are mostly 90+ years old so they're royalty free and you can download and print them.

Alchemy, that's cool about the tassels I was just afraid my cat ate them or something.

I received the best package today after work! (DisposableActor, your package is on its way, hopefully you won't have too long to wait!)

Look at my sulky bat! He's HUGE! What a great job crocheting, Alchamy!

Who could say no to that face?

A beautiful altered tin to add to my collection! I love these, and this one is gorgeous. Thank you so much!

Defanged top hat, safe for everyday wear!

Mmm, tea!

Shot of everything!

Thanks for the fab package! You both have feedback now. Smiley Thanks for doing this swap with me!

Thanks for hosting, it was an awesome swap!

I'm glad you like the sulky bat... it took way longer than it was supposed to (it was originally my medium) and came out about 5 times larger than I expected! I'll probably post some pictures I took with my sister because she totally wanted to steal him and you can see how big he is!
