I don't work, and I don't get out of the house much... (true story, sad, I know Tongue )
Anyway, I don't have the opportunity to go out and get my other half something neat that he would actually like for Valentines so I spend my days pouring over craftster and other crafting websites looking for that perfect DIY gift.
Last year I made him a deck of "Why I love you" cards (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=337814.msg3908459#msg3908459)

This year I'm knitting him a hat (but no surprise there, and it won't be finished by the end of today)
And I finally found something that I can give him and be super cheesy! He'll probably hate it, but I don't care.
I made him a set of coupons from http://www.chicaandjo.com/2011/02/01/valentines-day-coupon-book/
Conversation hearts that aren't real? Yes please! Sorry, didn't take pictures of that before I closed it up.
Then I found this neat tutorial on Cut-out-and-keep http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/valentines_card_envelope and figured I could make it work to cover the coupons since we don't have envelopes that size.
THEN, I heard this amazing song ("Valentine" by Kina Grannis) on Youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=840NbiFF1zM that seemed to say exactly what I wanted to say to him... So I wrote (most) of the lyrics in Red sharpie highlighter on the inside  Cheesy

It all came together into what I think is something pretty neat.

And here are the pics!

You should really listen to that song. It's amazing! And, as an added bonus, you can download it for free!
Isn't Valentine's day wonderful?? <3

Thanks for looking! Smiley
