umm. MareMare... am i gonna get into trouble?

as of right now my quilt is measuring 26 inches by 22 inches. i promise it isnt because i am trying to make a giant quilt.  its more like i am very bad at measuring and following my own haphazard directions.. Cheesy

oh yeah.  i embroidered and quilted today.  i have  eleventy million strings to snip. and a binding decision to make. i lost my beads but they can go on tomorrow (when i find them)... with the tulle. and i should be ready to ship by monday!

unless there is a do not ship before date i am unaware of....

Naw, it's just a very basic guideline. The one I made for round two totally didn't fit the dimensions (it was a classic nes controller, I couldn't get the dimensions to fit and keep it the right shape)

Bleh.  I've been really sick all week (plus 7mo pregnant and chasing a 2yr old) and haven't gotten any further on my quilt.  I have the background done and most of the focal point applique embroidered though.  Thank goodness for long crafting times!

So sorry to hear you've been sick, tristitia. I'm working on the hand embroidery of your quilt. Maybe I'll take a teaser pic to cheer you up.

A teaser swatch -- what a great idea!

I may end up un-doing everything I did today, because I'm not sure I'm happy with it...

Oh my goodness...after working on this and only this, I'm almost done. I just have to put the loops on. It should be in the mail at some point this coming up week. I really hope she likes it, I always get nervous in the beginning and towards the end.
