I've been limbering up my fingers working on potholders for a wedding gift.  I love the old patterns for housegoods even if I don't totally understand them.

Lime- I know how hard the wait is.  IF I could just assign everyone someone as soon as they signed up, I would!
sdelnegro514- We would love to have you!

Tygermane made the little dragon for me a couple of rounds ago.  He seemed a good choice for this swap round's opening picture since he is cute and welcoming.

I'm going to use some stash yarn to whip up a few practice amis. I don't want to go into this cold!

I'm having so much fun flipping through the pages of my new knit ami book... Big Book of Knitted Monsters! I think I'll make one or two while we wait for partners Smiley.

What stitches are you playing with, goldfish?? I really do love making crochet amis but I've only ever used the basic stitches.

Thanks. If I can finish and get feed back on my current swap, then I will qualify. :-) I haven't completed two swaps, yet.

I was sitting in traffic this morning thinking about this swap and the best idea popped into my head for Jexxican Smiley. I'll keep it to myself for now just in case we end up getting partnered together.

neversaymichele - that bookstore sounds like fun! I love Japanese craft books. I've purchased many even though I can't read what they say  Grin Grin.
