My package came today, but the mailman didn't even try to see if I was home (I was) so now I have to wait till tomorrow to pick it up at the PO. Sad

For fans of hand-carved stamps, the current issue of Linda Tieu's Pensieri zine is devoted to stamp carving.

So glad you like everything Tree27!!!
This was such an awesome swap!!! All the packages have been just amazing! Way too many things I liked to comment on individually.

I had planed on posting pics tonight (I received today too) but some surprise company just stopped in from out of town- so if not tonight tomorrow morning.  (Which also means I can't play with any of my new paper until tomorrow-ahhhhh!! )

There are so many fantastic things turning up in these envelopes.  I can't wait to get mine.

I stuffed so much in my package to Keyzmasta that the guy at the Fed Ex offfice started looking frustrated when I had trouble getting it closed.  I actually put my envelope inside a padded (slightly larger one) so it wouldn't poke through or rip. LOL

This was a lot of fun!  I would definately do this one again.

Yay, WYOKrista, I'm so glad you like everything!  Grin  I laughed when I got your package and saw you sent magnets and cards too...I guess we were on the same wavelength! Smiley  Btw, the newspaper ads are from a 1935 Iowa newspaper.

I actually received WYOKrista's lovely package last Friday, but my camera and computer were having an argument, so I couldn't get pictures posted until now.  So without further delay, here's the pics!

Some handcrafted cards--I love them!

Adorable magnets...

The envelope was absolutely stuffed, I couldn't get it all in one picture!

I especially love all the old book pages!  Thanks again WYOKrista--I can't wait to do some crafting with the things you sent!  Grin

I received from Brackish Potato! Eeeeeeeee! After a very long and tough day it was lovely to come home to the HUGE envelope full of goodies she sent me. I was very, very spoiled. Erm now I feel as though I should have stuffed more things into her package because trust me I could knock someone cold with the enevelope she sent me - that thing had some heft. Argh. Swap anxiety. Anyway here is the mountain of cool stuff I received:

And here are the awesome crafts she made for me:

A hand-made card, two flowers, a miniature crane, two ATCs and a cute Kitsuni/Giesha paper doll. I love, love, love them!

There is a ton of cool scrapbook paper hidden in that pile in the first pick and they are all so gorgeous and pretty. I had to resist immediately turning a couple into some ATCs.

Thanks so, so much for a wonderful swap Selena! I really hope you like your package when it arrives.

I'm so glad you like it, Jen! Would you believe, I had already sealed the envelope when I turned around and saw a few more things I meant to stuff in there! I guess that means I really have to organize!
I'm going to the PO today to pick up your package. I can't wait!

Fantastic stuff everyone! I love those roses -- are they difficult to make? I have them on my paper to-do list.

They aren't that difficult. They just require a little patience. The tutorial is here.
