Just finished drawing the tutorial for a Beaded 3D Wing Heart, I used seed beads and crystal bicones, adopting the Right Angle Weave technique. You can always differ the size of the finished wing heart by changing the bead and crystal size, use bigger beads and crystals for bigger wing heart and vice versa. Great as a Valentine's day gift too!

See the tutorial at: http://beadjewelrymaking.com/2011/project/february.html

Happy Beading!

Fabulous! It looks like an easy to understand tutorial. I bookmarked the page (and a few other projects at the site too) - I can't wait to make one!

It would be ok to not use cystals, but you must use different sizes of seed beads to achieve the effect.

Cheers!

This is wonderful!! I seen it and had to make it right then and there lol.  I made the heart with red bicones and silver lined clear beads and the wings with crystal bicones.  I'm going to use it as a pendant but I need to find the right necklace for it.
Thank you so much for this lovely tutorial.  I'm going to have to try to back it up so I never lose it!

Update: finished it.  It is now a beautiful necklace.  Thank you very very much for the tut!
