Morality, like art, means drawing a line someplace

Here is a drawing I did last night. Its my first time using color pencils in about 10 years so I was pretty happy with how she came out.  6x8 inches, color pencil on paper.

Art with this kind of coloring/shading is always my favorite - I never knew it was colored pencil (erm, I'm assuming since the blending or whatever looks the same as other stuff that I like, that the other stuff is also colored pencils...).  I wish I could draw Sad

Do you have more drawings on your Flickr?

Thanks!  And it might be the other things you've seen are colored pencil or not, I think its more how the medium is used. I've seen similar things with acrylics, and pastels. Here I just burnished the colors really hard to intensify and blend them.

You should pick up a pencil and start doodling just for the fun of it. Just like anything else you get better with time. I used to think I wasn't very good at drawing, because none of my drawings looked very realistic. I was so happy as I started seeing more and more "big eye girls" appearing in art.

Here are my "art sets" on Flickr.

Wow, it's great! I admire the way some artists can master those pencils!
