I think that is very cool.  Can you take another photo of it in a different light?  What's the shade made of?  WHo are those little guys at the base?

Thanks Gothmom! The shade is basically just a storebought lampshade made out of whatever plastic cotton mix they use- it was cream colored to start with.  I then took some film negitives I had left over and started sewing them on with cross stitches not really caring if they overlapped. Then to cover the raw edges at the top and bottom, I used black electrical tape. Those little guys at the bottom are peices of a mismatched manger set I got at the op shop.  Its really funny because Mary and the cow have really really large pupils and are just designed like cartoons anyway.  I will put that pic up as soon as possible. Grin

Shocked if you wanted to be more film-y could you take rolls of film for the base thing? (the frutastica bottle)

I guess- maybe... there has to be a metal tube that the wiring goes into- It would take some figuring on your part if you want to do it.  As for me... I thrive on inconsistancy Tongue Grin
