I proudly present my latest series of ATC's, figuring handdrawn bugs!

I used a pencil (refill), coloured pencils (Karisma, by Sanford) and ink (fineliner 0.2mm), on cardstock.
I spent two hours on each card.

I was inspired by a book about bugs, but I guess you could say I mutated the bugs (enlarged their bodies, shortened their long legs, to make them better fit the cards).

As always, coloured pencil drawings are hard to scan (or photograph). But after some Photoshopping they look almost as good as in real life.

I would love to know what you think of them (and which one is your favorite).
Thanks!

The first one is my favorite, but I also love the colors of the 2nd.  Nice job on all of them, though!  Grin

Although I cannot say I am the biggest fan of insects, I think these ATCs are very well done! Great work!

Thank you, Erica!
I'm not a big fan of bugs either, but on pictures I do appreciate how complex they are build. I love their details.

These are just gorgeous! My favorite is the last one - the stripes are so lovely.

I really love the second one --  you have some great shading going on there. It almost looks iridescent!
