I I finished this wek about a week ago, and been meaning to post it...

I don't really know how I feel about it,
It's on my desk right now, but I might put it elsewhere. Becides some technical mistakes (Used too much glue, Part of the frame is a bit wavy) I'm okay proud of it, but it didn't turn out exactly how I hoped it would...

I choose the colors based off the colors in my room. These are all colors on my comforter, lamp and chair (which is about all the furnichure you can have in a dorm room...). I personally think my room looks very nicely put together, but looking at all the colors on this piece just mase me squirm!!

Here are a few close ups...

Here it is on my desk. It does add some color to the 'awesome' white wall/white desk combo...

No Matter what, it was a good practice piece, though I might make a new one for my desk...

Thnks for looking!

I'd love to embroider something like that. All the spirals and colors are beautiful.

The colours are great - don't squirm! Put it right up on that wall!

Thanks!! I used a quilling tool, you can buy them at some craftstores, or on amazon. I have seen it done with pins and tweasers, but trust me, you want one of these handy tools!!!
