So, after not crocheting in like..forever, I decided to get back into it! I've never realy been that good at it and so I decided to start with scarves since they are very basic lol!

I gave the green and beige one to my mom cuz it was so soft and warm! I gave the white sparkly one to my mother-in-law to wear to church. The blue/green one was comissioned by a friend for her niece and I still have the red sparkly one left! I kept the rainbow Rapunzel scarf for myself since it matches this bright South American purse I got from my husband!

So, not too intricate but here they are lol! So, if you are in a swap with me, I can make you a scarf lol!

I used a boucle' type yarn for the blue/green one and found that kinda difficult to work with!! I hate to use patterns so I just make it up as I go! I tried different size hooks but really couldn't find a size that worked well with it.  The wool was really soft and pretty but also difficult to crochet. I used a larger hook but found the wool yarn (Lion brand) like to fray after you pull apart your mistakes lol! So for you beginners, I would suggest working with a thin acrylic yarn to practice with lol!

I love the bright colors of the rainbow scarf!  How did you make that one?
And it looks like you are a great crocheter to me!

Thanks! Cheesy Actually the rainbow one is just braided lol. I cut a bunch of different strips of yarn about 10 ft long and braided them, then unraveled the ends to give more of a fun look! I kept reading about these "rapunzel scarvves" so i decided to give one a try! They are super easy to make!! I just wished I would have had more textured yarm to add to it! Maybe next time!
