Friday is vegan pizza and beer night in our house. Our usual pizza is a light sauce, covered in Daiya mozzarella cheese and chunks of Tofurkey Italian sausage! We like our crust on the thicker side as you can tell!

Yumm.......Diaya cheese....I think that was one of the best days when we discovered this at the store, because I'm sorry soy cheese is gross lol.  That pizza looks so good, do you do your dough from scratch?

you might want to think about tossing it under the broiler for a few minutes. I know daiya gets a pretty good color to it but the heat has got to be super high

Yummo! This looks amazing.

There is no real cheese substitute available down my way, but I find the texture of eggplant (particularly as baba ganoush) to be a good subtitute. Tonnes of garlic and I'm happy.

yay for thick dough!
