This:

is a cute necklace sold at Urban Outfitters.  Its actually not too pricy, but when I picked it up in the store, it STUNK
And made my hands smell all day.  Not a quality I look for in a necklace.

No worries, I made my own version:

I did intend to make it more strands, but the beaded strand takes for-ev-er!  I'll get around to it eventually, but it does the job for now.

The actual metal was what smelled so bad.

Kind of how your hands stink after handling change, only WAY stronger.

I've come across smelly necklaces in stores before. It's something that they wash the metal in, I think. Perhaps the way that they process it. Either way, yeah. Who wants a smelly necklace? Bleh.

I like your version better anyway. Cheesy
