Hello-

I almost always sew skirts, usually with one seam and no zipper (fit over my head). So this took some effort!  And it was my first time working with knit fabric. But I'm very happy with the results!  Comfy, and won't wrinkle.  Can layer it up for cold weather or no layers for summery days.  Can be pretty casual, or (sorta) fancy. So I figure it's good for travel - versatile  Smiley

Super duper adorable and looks totally fantastic on you! I love it paired with the stripes, just brilliant! Make more in other colours with other details, it's a wardrobe staple for sure. You could wear them over jeans with a cardigan or pull over sweater too. Cute!

That looks awesome!  I like that you could wear it both as a jumper and as a regular dress.  And way to go on your first time with knit!  That stuff can be a pain.

Wow! Very nice job! Knits aren't that easy to work with, but you definitely kicked its behind.

Love it!  I looks comfortable and stylish.  And I really want one.  Is it just a pullover or is there a zip/buttons involved?  Was it your own design or a commercial pattern?

How versatile!  I can see it going a lot of places...and not wrinkle--what a bonus!

You look so cute with your stripey top underneath as well!  Good job!

Thanks for all the kind comments!  Craftster members are so inspirational to me, I love seeing all your projects and appreciate your feedback on mine.

It's a Simplicity Pattern, Project Runway series.  Not too hard!  I wish I would have used piping on the arm-holes in addition to the neckline / front.
http://www.simplicity.com/p-1766-misses-dresses.aspx

It called for a side zipper, but I didn't use it because the fabric is stretchy and fits over my head, and I'm lazy, and cheap.
