This is an iPod cozy that I made for Striker923 for the Legend of Zelda swap.

This is my first cross stitch project ever. This craft lends itself so well to pixellated pictures!

There are three goddesses in the mythology of the world of zelda, Din, Nayru and Farore.
In the Wind Waker game, there are statues of each of the goddesses, and it's these that I used for inspiration.
I found sprites of these statues on hikolol35's DeviantArt page:

Here's the whole case:

And here is each goddess individually.
Din:

Nayru:

Farore:

Thanks for looking!  Smiley

WOW - awesome, I <3 zelda cross stitch, If you've not been switched on to it yet you should completely go check out spritestitch. On their forums they have hundreds of computer game sprites as X-stitch patterns (FREE!!)

I really need to get round to cross stitch, it seems so easy, but somehow every time I do it it turns out really hard!!

Hey thanks!

And I say, keep at it. I had never been interested in cross-stitch before, but now I'm hooked. Start with a small pattern--like these. They're only at most 26 stitches across, so it's much much MUCH easier to keep the counting straight.

I love my iPod cozy and it fits great!! Nayru is totally my fav...but I think I'm biased since she is the one normally associated with Zelda  Wink  This was a fantastic first x-stitch project (and I second spritestitch!)

glad you like it Smiley

And farore was always my favorite, mainly because she's green, but also because she's associated with nature
