Woooohoooo for a new round!

I love the panda hoop, I really want to get it for a friend to put with her wedding gift basket (she's getting married sometime later this year (I think I am supposed to be a bridesmaid but I haven't heard anything about anything in a while, hmmmmmm...), no time for shopping right now though, I have a few custom orders I need to get finished up while Q is still at my mom's.

I hope everyone stays warm where the cold weather is, it's 40s/50s here today, tomorrow is supposed to be really wet but 70degrees (it has the highest high and the lowest low, of 20s, for the 10 day forecast, lol)... then 40s/50s for the next 10 days... it's weird, I hate NC weather, seasons are a joke.

I have a shiny black Naugahyde headband to add to my shop when I get some free time again later today... and I still need to get pictures of the board books/puzzles to add to my supplies section.

Could anyone use small scraps of PUL?  The pouches I make with it are 12x12, so any scraps will be varying sizes smaller than that... I think the pieces would probably be a good size for cloth pads (they are too small to use for diapers).

Last I checked, we had about 14 inches of snow out there. I think I've shoveled as much as I'm gonna shovel today. I'm stupid tired. Taking a hot tea break now.

I think I shall attempt to work on a hat again. One without a pompom on the top. I'm finding that the pom pom is a problem when I also have a hood on over the hat-it keeps pushing the hat forward and down over my eyes while I work outside. Does anyone have a size 10 1/2 16" circular needle? I'd love to be able to make hats like these with my homespun. I dearly wish I had such a hat to wear today. Cheesy Don't have quite the right needles though...

this might be a little O/T, but,
I have read up on as much as I could about STS, and I'm still a little confused.
how does this work? do you start a new thread to "show your wares"?  or do you post it all on one thread and go shopping and hope someone "buys" your wares?
I'm sorry for the questions, I'm just trying to understand as much as I can before I dive in head first...
Thank you for your (future) answers!  Smiley

Once you are approved to join (the requirements are in the signup post) you then can "open" a shop by posting in the shop thread (which is the same thread that the signup post is in, just scroll down)  In this post you put all the stuff you have for sale at a point value of 3 or less.  When a person has points to spend (from making their own sales) they will scroll through the shops that are posted on that thread and "buy" whatever they like.  that they have enough points for.  That process is detailed as well in the first couple of info posts.  You add and subtract items for sale/that are sold from the same one post that you made for your shop.  Hope that makes sense!  It sounds more confusing than it actually is once you get started Smiley

ack, it does sound way confusing.. but, having read the last couple of rounds (I'm still not eligible, I need to complete 2 swaps in full), I think I might kinda maybe sorta understand.
I'll just watch this most recent one closely, and try to figure it out that way.  Grin
Thanks for your help!
